What Telehealth Is

A secure video visit where we review your history and any imaging, and map next steps. Great for deciding if you’re a fit for care, understanding results, and planning your first in-clinic session. 

Common uses 

• New-patient triage and second opinions 
• Imaging review (X-ray/MRI/EMG/NCV/labs) 
• Flare-up advice, home care, activity modifications 
• Pre-visit planning for Neuropathy or Spinal Decompression 

Note: Examinations and Hands-on treatments (Adjustments, Decompression table, Laser, Shockwave, Massage, Physical Therapy) are performed in-clinic. Telehealth focuses on clarity, planning, and home strategies.

What you’ll need: a smartphone or computer with camera, good lighting, and space to move; any reports you’d like reviewed. 

Neuropathy Telehealth Consultation 

Who it’s for: burning, tingling, numbness, cold feet, balance changes, or nerve pain in hands/feet. 

What we do on video 

• History & Symptom Mapping (pattern, aggravators, red flags) 
• Care Roadmap: we outline your in-clinic program using Class IV laser, red-light therapy boots, and vibe plate neuromuscular activation, with simple home exercises and pacing. 

Back Pain Telehealth Consultation 

Who it’s for: neck/low-back pain

What we do on video 

1. Intake & goals: tell us your symptoms and priorities 
2. Next steps: home plan now; in-clinic plan if appropriate 

Next step: We’ll schedule an in-clinic examination if indicated. 

Other Conditions We Can Triage by Telehealth 

Back/neck pain, headaches, tendinopathies (e.g., plantar fasciitis, Achilles, tennis elbow), shoulder/hip/knee pain, and post-injury questions. We’ll advise what can start at home and what needs in-clinic care. 

Note: Telehealth is not for emergency care, severe pain, severe/progressive weakness or numbness.  Please seek urgent care if you are experiencing these symptoms.

When an In-Clinic Visit Is Better 

For an examination, diagnosis or when you’re ready to start hands-on care (decompression table, laser, shockwave, massage, chiropractic, physical therapy).

Can I start treatment via telehealth? 

You’ll leave with a tailored home plan; hands-on treatments happen in-clinic. If you’re a candidate, we’ll book your first session. 

What if I don’t have my records yet? 

No problem, telehealth still helps. We can start planning and send you our fillable records request so we can obtain reports on your behalf. 

How long is a telehealth visit? 

Most new-patient telehealth consults are brief and focused enough to answer your questions and set clear next steps.
