For Patients Coming To Our Office For Care:
Cleaning & Disinfection
We clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces and treatment rooms according to current infection-control guidance for healthcare settings. These practices are still recommended by the CDC and remain part of our daily routine.
Masking Policy (based on Chicago’s current respiratory activity)
We adjust masking requirements in the clinic based on Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) respiratory-virus activity. Check the city’s data here: CDPH Respiratory Illness Dashboard (updated weekly).
- When local activity is higher, you may see temporary “Masks Required” signs in certain areas (front desk, treatment rooms, or during peak periods).
- When activity is lower, masking is optional unless otherwise posted.
If You’re Feeling Sick
If you have new cough, fever, sore throat, congestion, or other respiratory symptoms:
- Please wear a mask upon arrival, and
- Call us before your appointment for guidance on whether to proceed in-person or switch to a telehealth consult. (We’ll help you choose the safest option for you and our team.)
