What Is Our Cancellation Policy?

At Ravenswood Chiropractic & Wellness Center (RennWellness), we understand that life happens schedules change, kids get sick, and plans don’t always go as expected.
We do our best to accommodate our patients’ busy lives while keeping our schedule running smoothly for everyone in our Andersonville community.

Our Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
This courtesy allows us to:

• Offer your appointment time to another patient in need, and

• Ensure that all patients continue receiving care in a timely manner.

If an appointment is canceled within 48 hours and we are unable to fill your reserved time, a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the scheduled appointment will apply.

Why This Policy Matters

Every appointment at our clinic is reserved exclusively for you.
When a cancellation occurs at the last minute, it not only affects our providers but also prevents another patient often someone in pain from receiving care.
