Practicing Chinese and Master Tung style acupuncture with various other healing modalities, Dr. Marlena, DACM, L.Ac. can create uniquely individual treatments that provide a lasting impact and improve the lives of her patients. Dr. Marlena, DACM, L.Ac. has focused her studies on treating various health issues ranging from chronic or acute illness, pain, digestive imbalances, mental wellness, and women’s health. She is incredibly passionate about helping women on their journey through infertility and pregnancy, treating pain and migraines, anxiety, and depression.

Our spirit, life experiences, and emotions present themselves on our faces, and she loves using modalities to help melt away stress and give patients a beautiful, nurturing, and confident glow. Dr. Marlena, DACM, L.Ac. received her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and her Masters of Science from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. Today, she is a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine, certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM), and a nationally board-certified acupuncturist and herbalist.

Her 4-year doctoral degree emphasized acupuncture Chinese herbal medicine and included advanced study in evidence-informed practice, biomedical diagnosis, preventative medicine, and Eastern and Western orthopedics. She has also received certification in facial rejuvenation and cosmetic acupuncture modalities.
